Breaking Free provides specialized outpatient treatment services to adolescents under the age of 18 to help them achieve their goal of beginning their recovery.

 

 

For young people requiring a less intensive level of care or for adolescents who have completed Inpatient or Intensive Outpatient Services, Breaking Free offers outpatient services to support their abstinence and ongoing recovery as they manage the demands of school, family, relationships and recovery. Incorporating individual, group and family counseling, tested and proven approaches are used to accomplish the treatment goals established by each individual and their counselor with a special emphasis on success in school, family relationships, relapse prevention and community-based sober support systems.  With an individualized schedule developed to meet the unique needs of each person, services include:
